We are currently looking for a reliable, animal-loving, and flexible housekeeper (m/f/d) for our private household on Ibiza. The main focus of this role is the care of our three dogs, so prior experience and genuine joy in working with dogs are essential.
Important note:
This is not a seasonal job, but a long-term full-time position. There is no separate accommodation provided, so applicants must already live on Ibiza. Only candidates with long-term references from comparable positions will be considered.
The employment contract will be concluded under Spanish labor law.

Your responsibilities:
- Caring for and looking after our three dogs (feeding and grooming)
- General household duties (cleaning, laundry, occasional shopping) for a two-person household
- Availability on weekends when we are on the island (these days are more work-intensive due to the dogs)
- Flexible working hours depending on need (on average around 4 hours per day – sometimes more, sometimes less)
- 1–2 days off during the week, as weekends are usually the main working days
Your profile:
- Extensive experience in household management and dog care
- Flexibility and reliability
- A responsible and loving approach to animals
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Good command of German; Spanish or English is an advantage
- Own car and confident driving skills
- Already living on Ibiza
- Long-term references from similar positions
We offer:
- Long-term full-time employment (not seasonal)
- A friendly and respectful working environment
- Net hourly wage: €20.00 – in a permanent position
- Employment contract based on Spanish labor law
